Step by Step Installation

To start your layout, place stakes to represent the location of the front of the wall. Using a string line or paint, mark out the entire length. |
Excavate the area by removing all surface vegetation and organic materials from the area. |
Install Sheets Drive sheets 2’ into the ground. This locks the wall in place and also helps prevent erosion and scouring at the base of the wall. |

Install Back Fill and Grid Compact soils to a minimum of 95% Standard Proctor compaction, placing fill in 8" lifts on a course-by-course basis or as specified by a Professional Engineer. Roll grid out behind the wall, length of Geogrid rule of thumb is that the minimum reinforcement length is 60% of the wall height.
